My name is Nilofar Sediqi, and I am your Director of Clinical Services. With over a decade of experience across in-home services, center-based programs, crisis teams, group homes, and consulting for foster youth and adults, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the full continuum of care. As a BCBA, my passion is to meet each child exactly where they are and guide them forward to reach their fullest potential through compassion, evidence-based practice, and unwavering advocacy. I believe in supporting families, educating them throughout the process, and preparing them to feel confident and empowered long after ABA services conclude. At Extraordinary ABA, my commitment is to ensure every child receives the support, tools, and foundation they need for a meaningful and successful future.
My name is Ramin Sediqi, and I am your Director of Operations. My background in management, leadership, and navigating diverse environments has shaped my ability to build strong systems and high-functioning teams. I am passionate about the operational side of the business—ensuring our center has the structure, resources, and support needed to run efficiently every single day. Transparency, communication, and meaningful relationships guide my approach, and I am committed to creating an organized, dependable, and mission-driven foundation that allows our clinical team to deliver the highest quality care.
